About Porteon Systems

A two-person firm in Chesapeake, Virginia, built on firsthand experience securing and authorizing defense systems.

The company

Porteon Systems, LLC was formed in September 2026. It is veteran-owned and based in Hampton Roads, close to the Navy and defense installations it was set up to serve.

The name comes from porte, the French word for a gate or door. A gate is a point of control: it decides what passes and keeps a record of it. That is the work we do for the systems our customers depend on.

We are small on purpose. The two principals scope every engagement and perform it themselves, on site across Hampton Roads and remotely for customers nationwide.
